I am soooooo very sick of your company's excuses. Your service stinks. I am sure you think you do not deliver a service, but i will have you know that is exactly what you do!!!
We have been with you guys for five years... FIVE wasted years. For the past week we have been threated with reposession of our vehicle and madm Miriam doesnt think its necessary for her to follow. This up... When I followed this up with absa, she had the odasity to tell me why does she have to call anybody??? Excuse me? Do you work there or do you get paid to sit and around and do exactly that... NOTHING!!!
I will go to the nca ombudsman, i will go to any newspaper that will listen... but this is the last time i am begging for your company to try and help!!!
