From frustration to Delight

I wanted to cancel my insurance with Miway after having gotten a better offer (sorry), but the retentions team made it a serious nightmare to cancel and do the subsequent refund, after calls to the call centre and after promises of getting called back never came to fruition, I was stuck.
Jene, then stepped in to try and assist me, followed up with me at every occasion as to the progress of my servicing request and really did an astounding job to finally assist me.

She changed this complaint into a huge compliment before I could reach Hello Peter (and without threat from me). The other consultants should certainly take a page from her book when it comes to service delivery!
She deserves some sort of reward for preventing a potential ombudsman case from being lodged!

Some companies dont understand that a small change for them can have a major impact in a clients life, this lady here understands the value of being a servicing superstar! Keep it up.
