On the 7 Dec 2012, contractor by the of Paul was sent to replace damaged geuser but he caused more damage by damaging ceiling in my longe and bedroom and also damging the roof tiles - allowing rain to enter via roof. One room was flooded damaging furnitue, ceiling and carpet. Several complaints were made call centre and promised that customer care will call back. 8 months have passed. No joy.
I t seems that Std bank is protecting the contractor who was on my property at their request. Job was sloppy.
