I opened an assault case in March/April and Mariette Redelinghuys has been assisting me since then, we have come to a point where the accused want to settle out of court i understand the situation about a small claims court case but this is not it!!! I'm just so frustrated and don't have the time or energy to explain or re-type this whole situation AGAIN!!! i thought clientelle was there to help me, not make me feel guilty!! it really feels like im fighting a loosing battle!!! i'm sure there is other legal companies that would have gladly assisted me in this matter much better! NOT impressed!!!
