I called Virgin Insurance to change details of my schedule. The first lady had great phone skills, courteous, and helpful. I called back again to inquiry about one details and the call was picked up by a trainee. While I have patience for those being trained, she was going to raise my premium by R200 by changing one indicator which is misleading. I was almost going to lose it on her, but she corrected it and apologized for the confusion.
I like the fact that Virgin's comprehensive insurance is reasonably priced and has full coverage (no excess) should the situation arise in a car accident.
