Client is wasting my time at Absa!

On January 11th 2013 i logged a call to report a leak in my bathroom, prompty i was told that a plumber will be sent and oh yes don't forget to have the access ready. Plumbing company called and said they would be there by 2pm and h yes don't orget the access. They arrived after 3pm without letting me know they running late. Could not find the problem and asked me not to use the shower for the weekend, which i did and they came back the Monday. Looked at it and said i must use the shower for the next 4 days. Told them no as they did not evn find the problem. They worked for a while and told me they will speak to their boss and send someone else out who might find the problem. I waited since the 14th and got a sms the 16th to say resolved and i requesed explanation. Nothing until i phoned this morning and Absa said it shows insufficient grout on the floor. First for me and Meegan said Pumi will phone me back after lunch, still waiting or is she still on lunch? Same as my last claim and you just said sorry and i had to move on. I now heard that Absa does not want to replace anything as this involves paying out more for the claim. Don't want to hear from anyone of the CT office or LT
