I WAS MULLING OVER MY CAR INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND FOUND THAT MY FRIENDS WERE GETTING BETTER DEALS ELSEWHERE. ALL THINGS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT, I CALLED DIAL DIRECT TO OFFER THEM AN OPPORTUNITY TO HOLD ON TO MY BUSINESS..
I WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZED HOW EASY IT WAS. I DID NOT HAVE TO "PITCH' OR "SELL" TO THEM. ALL THEY DID WAS UPDATE A FEW DETAILS AND THAT WAS IT. I WENT AWAY WITH APPROXIMATELY 25% SAVING ON MY PREMIUMS... ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.
