I called the help desk just after 8 am on the 19/8 to ask for assistance as we have had a power serge that damaged most of our household equipment Natasha was on the other end of the Phone line from the word go she was great she explained how the procedure will work what we need to do and the whole process was done within minutes. My damaged items was collected 10:30am by the assessors and i have received a full feedback at 4pm of what will be repaired and what we need to get quotations on. Today 20/8 my damaged TV returned in working condition my quotation was emailed to Natasha and she just informed me that she will try and finalise the claim today Wow THIS IS SERVICE
