I started a new job a year ago after and moved all my accounts over from my then existing bank to FNB. I was recently required to attain a credit card for work purposes as my job role required me to travel and book accomodation and claim back from the company. I applied for a credit card with FNB on more than one occassion with more than one branch and I received such horrible service and responses I could not believe the service I was receiving. I was told that I had a few accounts which was reflecting on Transunion which was not paid up. I requested a re-assessment of my application and emailed proof that those accounts were fully paid up. I still received a letter of decline stipulating the same reason again??? Why must I go to other banks and corporates who are more than willing to assist me with limits higher than I requested from FNB? My job is now at risk as I am not being assisted by my bank whom I put my trust and faith in to help me experience a sound and stable financial run with. I am very dissapointed
