Thank you so much for having such people at your call centre as supervisors, i just hope it filters down to the staff she works with.

she kept me informed about my claim and what is missing. after i supplied her with all information she also sent me an email to inform me about the outcome of my claim. Good or bad feedback wouldnt have botherd me, the fact that my feedback was constant and professional.
