Outsurance increased my instalment from 783 to 1200 after 1 year of being insured with them, without me having any knowledge of them doing that. They claim that every December they have a reray (whatever you call this money making sceem) but not without the customers approval, but they did not have my approval to increase my payment. I insured my hundai130 with them. i mean they are so expensive already The reason why I chose outsurance was because i had faith and trust in that company. reason for that was my house that i currently stay in has burnt down 4 years ago and they renderd a great service but now it seems they want all that money back. yes because of me not really being in charge of the finances but my spouse i slipped up but still it does not give outsurance the right to be fraudelent. they claim they send me letters to inform me of the reray (increase). i did not recieve no letters. Just to find out Tshepo Mosthabi (manager) is reading incorrect address and email that they claim to send the letters to. he promised that they will refund my money from Dec 2011 till current. But Micheal Westlake refuse to do that. i cancelled my insurance. i will take this up with ombudsman
