Incompetent staff (Tshepiso Tlhoale)

I wanted to apply for a loan and the lady (Tshepiso Tlhoale) rightfuly hinted that my surname was incorrectly spelt on my payslip, i informed her that i will go to my HR dept and get it rectified n come back she acknowledged this as ok. On returning the following day i was assisted by someone else who to my surprise informed me that my account had been flagged because apparently i was in possession of documents which was 1. not correct and not communicated to me before they initiated this defamatory act
2. if i had not come back to the bank i would have not known that such an act had been done up until my salary bounces back.
3. My credit record is being tarnished by an incompetent person who is supported by her manager to make things worse this branch is a risk to all law abiding citizens who are not fully informed about banking procedure
4. if no action is taken against these people then she will clearly do it again therefore i will allow the bank to to so internally and communicate what has been done or i as a citizen will take it upon my shoulders to protect the public from people who are given authority to ruin their lives without due process
