I need to cancel my policies with Clientele, so I call them yesterday and after waiting 10 minutes on the phone hearing Desmond Dude promoting the company they way he does.. I then cut the call and send an email, to no surprise I get no response. Today I call and speak to Portia Nolai and explain that I need to cancel give her all the info she wants and then she explains that I have been with Clientele for 7 years and that after all the premiums I have paid I get NOTHING back. She tells me I got 1 years premiums back in 2011 for being with them for over 5 years. So I say after being with you guys for 7 years I get nothing she said yes you get nothing back and we will still deduct the last premium at the end of this month. I hope someone responds because I WILL NOT PAY THE PREMIUM.. Desmond Dude should get his face and name away from you ppl he is disgracing himself associating with you. I am so disappointed after paying you ppl so much, being in hospital and not using you due to me having medical aid you rip me off like this.. DISGUSTING RIP OFFS
