BAD BAD???

I WAS WAS insured at Prime Meridian with option, PrimeTotallLossProtection. I had an accident on 18th April 2013.
Since day one, every time I called them, they had all these excuses, accusations and demands on new documentation (work shift schedules??? cell phone itemise billing report??? service invoices etc) which took nearly 3 months before informing me that my car has been written off and my claim was rejected.
My claim was rejected..., According to them, I have committed by completing the service invoice myself (As per their specialist that looked at the documents???), which is absolutely nonsense. There consultant even spoke to the garage manager himself.
I've followed this up with the "ombudsman" witch advised me to get a lawyer.
My lawyer is currently working on this
