Incorrect details on system about my Credibility

I am a customer with FNB and it is very dissappointing that for some reason FNB keeps on saying when I apply onlne for credit (overdraft increase) I have a Legal Matter pending with FNB. I do not have a legal matter pending with FNB and I would like FNB to correct this on their system, so that when I want to apply for a credit card, or overdraft increase or loan I will be assisted accordingly, not just thrown out as " Legal pending matter"...
