I bought Pre-Paid electricity - 14 Aug. 2013 - with my ebucks acoount via FNB Online but received no token for the purchase. After a email, couple of phone calls and being passed around different departments, and even Mutual & Federal... Thabang finally assited me within 2 min. Not even Ebucks could assit me...
