I have just spoken to consultant Linda.
Please teach her to greet clients when a call is transferred and not just keep queit and be busy typing.
And then have the nerve to tell me that when the call was transferred she was busy.
I have worked in a call centre before so I know how it all works.
And then she transferred me back to the main call centre.
I have been on the line now for 12 minutes because of an incompetent employee.
i was then transfered back to her and she just whispered and when i told her this she put me back on to the music.
this is a bad picture of std bank.
