I have had such bad experiences with general customer service in the past and it was extremely refreshing to deal with Ooba when I applied for bond finance. I want to express my gratitude to Serena Tesna who assisted me. She dealt with all my queries and concerns swiftly and gave me some great advice on how to improve my credit score (a lot of which I was completely unaware of).

I did not get approved for bond finance due to a certain cellphone company's unlawful behaviour, however, due to Serena's competent assistance, I am more aware and knowledgeable about how to conduct my credit.

Thank you Ooba! I will definitely recommend your services to anyone.
