I have had such bad experiences with general customer service in the past and it was extremely refreshing to deal with Ooba when I applied for bond finance. She dealt with all my queries and concerns swiftly and gave me some great advice on how to improve my credit score (a lot of which I was completely unaware of).
I did not get approved for bond finance due to a certain cellphone company's unlawful behaviour, however, due to Serena's competent assistance, I am more aware and knowledgeable about how to conduct my credit.
