I have explained myself

Good day, i had the arrangement with ITC BA Collections department to pay R600.00 to settle my arrears on the Unisa account in June, i didn't manage to settle the account as i promised them, because i was involved in a car incident and i remember correctly i have send them email to explain my situation, i was on leave for 2 weeks, i have to pay my medical bills, because my medical didn't cover me due to the cover im on it, i told them i was honest with them, whats irritate me is, i receave a call now and then and i have to explain my self now and then i end up telling them to send my account to their legal department because im sick and tried of calls from them, now i received a call 18:50 last night the situation is getting worse and worse, i told the agen that im not going to pay for those call, im only going too pay them R600.00, its like its they want to make money out of me. I DONT NEED TO BE CONTACTED I KNOW WHAT TO DO! I didnt force myself to be in that incident it just happened
