After complaining bitterly almost about to throw in the towel, i got a very welcome call from Ester at Middestad and she saw me the next day my account was reactivated and i was assisted with depositing and online and cellphone banking very quickly... she ws not awkward or stilted as is to be expected after a complaint but very pleasant and cheerful... im glad i stayed...
yesterday i needed help with online banking and Kelebogile Shawe went over and above the call of duty to be of the greatest help to me and being in the service industry myself i was blown away by her friendliness, helpfullness and proffessionalism... im now asking people..."why are you not with my bank.? "..and when they ask which bank is that... i declare proudly "FNB, of course"
