Removel of money out of ones account

I have been on the phone for about a half hour on Friday, Saturday and Today that is a 1.5 hours of my life I wasted on a bank.
You removed money from my account without my permission that is in my books.
And not one of your consultants can tell me why.
I am switching from banks today and making a case of against FNB.
