I have been a client of Anderson Insurance Underwriters for over a year I have finally grown tired of the terrible customer service and lack of appreciation as a policy holder.
Today I telephoned in hopes of speaking to a client services representative. I was only connected to automated systems and spent over 30 minutes at a time to receive a message stating that no one was available to take my call.
After speaking to the receptionsist, Ms. Susan Mobazo, I was informed that ALL employees for the department I needed to connect to were in a meeting. In addition the company has no complaints department to assist in handling serious complaints from policy holders.
The Managing Director - Ms. Theo Pei - was apparantely going to be informed of my call and telephone me to discuss the nature of my complaint.
I have still not received a return call and ALL employees in the policy department are STILL in a meeting.
I have selected a new insurance carrier and will NEVER patronize Anderson Insurance Underwriters again!
You should value your money and consider better service too!
