I experienced mechanical breakdown to my car and called my insurance to get t be helped by this lady who made sure that i get helped, she kept to his word when she first said she will call to see if the car was already twice, this lady called me twice to make sure that the car arrived at requited destination, she is a super star, today my car is fixed as she made sure that it arrived at mechanic in time, what a nice experience to deal with her, we need more people like her.
