Incorrect Debit Orde

Hello, my fiance and I were both incorrectly charged R2520 today by Momentum. I understand you will be refunding the money tomorrow however I will also need any charges refunded as well. I was forced to use my Overdraft for this which I am charged at R30 per month as well as interest of 21% per annum. My fiance was forced into excess which is charged at R57 as well as interest of 21%. Not only that but due to this, her credit and banking record have been negatively impacted.

I would like to understand how you will be refunding myself and fiance for the additional charges incurred as well as the inconvenience. I believe something along the lines of a year free of fees is appropriate. If you cannot provide me with some sort of repayment, I will be forced to look for a supplier I can trust.
