Repetitive bad administration

1. I received a new debit card on my request. (lost the old one). They issued the new card without transferring all my online beneficiaries. When I went back to have that fixed, I was told that they can print out the beneficiaries for me and then I can manually enter them again. But they could not do it automatically. Ridiculous. The have the info on their system.

2. The branch let me know that there is a new credit card for me. (I did NOT request a new card.) Went in to the branch to find out. Took the card anyway as my old card was a little damaged. Now all of a sudden, no credit card transactions are visible online. The account is visible, but it show that I have made no transaction ever.

3. This all happened within 3 months time on one person's account. How many mistakes to they make?
