I took a saver and protector plan with Clientele, my first installment was on the 01/08/2006. I was told that if i had not claimed up until the maturity date in 2011 I will get R40 000 back. Shockingly when i made an inquiry in 2011, I was told that this cover only covers dread diseases and there's no R40 000. i had contributed around R5700 but i was only refunded R1771.93 i asked them to give me all my money that i had contributed as i was deceived by their consultant, they refused and told me that the consultants are self employed and they were trained correctly. i want the rest of the money back, my portion that i contributed.
