On the 28June I enquired if Standard Bank would be able to assist with a "repayment holiday" with regards to my bond repayments, one of the consultants advised that I should fax a letter, which I did and that feedback will be provided after 15business days. After numerous calls and refaxing the letter I'm still advised " your request is still unprocessed and has been escalated to a Team Leader". It's been 28business days and some feedback would be appreciated.
