Excellent service re insurance query

I called to query my insurance premium which has increased by almost 40%!
Nicola quickly and politely checked my records and expressed an understanding of my concerns.
She took into account my 7 year relationship with first for woman, and came up with a reasonable solution.
I was ready to cancel my policy and look for insurance elsewhere, but thanks to Nicolas excellent customer service i will be continuing my insurance with the company.
