Lousy attitude... useless information given

Some woman called my mobile at 11:27am from 27119818300 - couldn't make out her name or she didn't give it. Asked her to email me the information that she asked for - she replied "we are a call-center - we don't email"

surely - call-centre operators can relay the message to a supervisor or manager or higher authority to ensure the CUSTOMER is HAPPY
