Hi I have unfortunately got an easy pay meter installed in my home, the banks i use wont take the meter number and I am really tired of having power outages in the middle of the night that I can do nothing about.
Your online contact/help form is broken and you have no social media accounts open to further assist your clients with.
I have tried to register on your website so I can use the online prepaid electricity facility load up but then it is biased to South African citizens only and does not allow foreign residents to register. I have been living in South Africa for over an extremely long time and pay a lot for my home and this feels discriminatory.
What is the solution for me going forward, I work long hours an don't always have the chance to stop by a garage or convenience store.
Do I have to change my meter box to a more convenient one or are there developments you can making to unifying your solutions for all your consumers.
