Debiting my account twice

On the 31st of June [URL Removed] debit an amount of R1116 from my account which they were not suppose to do, upon noticing this I called them on the very same day and they said they would return my money back into my account but still to this day 7th of August they have not paid my money back to me. every time I call them they give the run around. they have really inconvenienced me because now I am way behind on my rental payment.
