Unauthorized Debit Orders

Dear Absa. I have noticed this month that 2 unauthorized debit orders (BKMAREKTING and MONEYSMART) and have come off of my account. Upon further investigation I found this to be the case last month too. Upon contacting your call centre they were unable to provide me with the details of the third party or they were incorrect and I was told to come into the branch to rectify. Why must I inconvenience myself for something I did not authorize, I work during the day and you close at the ridiculous time of 3:30pm. Whenever I phone you always ask for security purposes can you ask me some questions, so use this information to verify who I am. You had no problems creating this debit order without me present. Why then did I upgrade to a platinum account with personal banker to assist me with my queries if I still need to come into the branch. And what is even more annoying is the multiple complaints on hellopeter for this offence. You have a problem, fix it and stop making it your clients problem
