I submitted the documents that were required from me on 03.07.2013 and after that no one bother to contact me. I called after a week and I was told to fax an affidavit and i faxed it on the following day no one got back to me again after that, I had to call and do follow up I spoke to the manager by the name of Wesley who promised to sort out everything for me and send me an email but he did not and that was on 29 july, 31july I made payment and emailed proof to yvonne I was then told to wait 2-4working days. yesterday being a4th working day I called them again agent promisec to call me before the end of the day but today is the 7th I still dont have a phone Im very disappointed I never deal with such a bad company in my life. 5weeks without a phone why did I even bother to pay for insurance? this people really need to learn how to treat customers and sort the queries on time this is not acceptable.disgusting service ever!
