Can we PLEASE finalise!!

On 03.07.2013 I submitted, on behalf of the client, a request to Sanlam to adjust the above plan. A very simple request to reduce benefits. In the 'good old days' a notation of this nature would have taken a day or two.

I was rather surprised to get a request for more information regarding the client. Which I supplied on the same day.

Thereafter I got a lengthy list of 'requirements' which CLEARLY indicated that the person handling the request thought (incorrectly) that the client wished to INCREASE rather than DECREASE benefits.

When I tartly pointed out the 'eyesight malfunction' Ms Williams wasted quite a lot of energy telling me how unhappy she was with my 'sarcasm'. Strike one for taking responsibility for an oversight. Blame me.

Sadly her input has not extended to getting the matter solved. It is now well over a month later and this matter still bounces around Sanlam whilst they send me communications advising that they are STILL awaiting the requirements which they should not have asked for in the first instance.
