This is surely the most pathetic company I have ever had to be involved with. The people working in there admin and call centre deffinitely needs re-training. They don't have a clue what they doing. Before you bother people (27 phone calls in 1 week) make sure of your facts or get people who know what they doing. With Incredible Connections I don't have a problem, its the people in the admin department. This is getting very annoying and something needs to get done!!!
