People should think before you say.everybody always want someone to blame don't phone in on a rampage and expect to be helped if you are going to be rude and scream at people no one will be helping you with a smile.
MSC has no control over the weather so they cant be blamed for ships not leaving the harbor the are only doing it for your own safety. All the people working at MSC are also human they have feelings they are only doing a job like the rest of the world to provide for there families. People are so rude and don't know what they are doing to the people working at MSC they don't make the company rules they must also follow it.
I have been in one of the offices wile a man went off on one of the poor girls say her so badly that after the call the poor girl burst into tears, i hope that man feels good about himself and the rest of the people always going off at other your opinion doesn't matter more than anybody others so stop with your attitude.
For all the people out there just stop think about all the people doing all that is possible to make your holiday one to remember. MSC has never disappointed me because i was patient and waited my turn.
