I have been calling standard bank with my account which i cant view my statements, transactions or balances from it, the 1st agent didnt even escalate the query, the 2nd one said the techinician will call me. a month down the line still with no feed back nor resolution i call again only to be told its my internet browser and that that technician called me. was i in a comma when he/she called. does my laop top, wprk computer and standard bank ATMs have a problem with their browsers to give me infoon my account. ive been with STD BANK eversince i owned a bank account, i wonder why im still sticking around for such pathetic service and reap off fees, even on my loan they charged me more interested than stated on my contract todate they still havent ammended my account. i can wait to move to another bank really
