I am totally annoyed and disgusted with the service from African Bank. I've been having problems with my card for the past 3 months now. Every month I have to keep getting my card "warmed" at my cost. On 23 July I went into the branch in Tongaat for assistance. I was helped and told that it would take 24-48 hours for my card to be sorted out, but here I am, TWO weeks later and still my card hasn't been sorted out. This kind of negligence is just not on. You guys make it a priority to deduct my money every month, yet you cannot sort such a simple problem out? Pathetic. The guy at the Tongaat branch assisted me to the best of his ability and even gave me a Ref Number, so the fault is with Your accounts Dept. Do your customers mean nothing to you? Please wake up and do something as I need MY money.
