GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT

I've had nothing but problems... Added my new vehicle to my policy and the agent sent me a list of inspection centres to take the vehicle to - one of them was PG Glass in Umhlanga. Took the car there only to be told to go somewhere else for the alarm / immobiliser??? Will you be paying for my petrol, time, phonecalls to run from one place to another??? SERIOUSLY PEOPLE - get your facts straight - tell me from the start that I have to go to different places and I'll rather change my service provider that actually understands what a SERVICE provider is!!! Please sort this out asap as you are happy to take my money but do not cover until the inspection has been done yet the place we go to do not do it??? I have spoken to one agent who tried to put me through to customer services - only for me to hold on forever and I eventually put down, phoned again and left my number. The second agent phoned me back and I explained it AGAIN - who then put me through to another agent when I asked to speak to a manager and I have now been holding on for 11minutes only to hear the same song over and over again!!! I want to speak to someone SENIOR to sort it out!
