I contacted miway as im in the process of trading my car in so my policy had to be updated. I had a number of mishaps on my side which resulted in dropping the deal with one business and going to the next one, again i had to call and update my policy with the new info which ive just changed yet again! even i couldnt keep up with myself, Mammuso was absolutely phenomenal! She has such a flair for customer service, never once did i feel like i was a nuisance with a new story everyday for the past four days! She was on top of things, she understood exactly what i needed and made sure that i was satisfied at the end of our conversations. She followed up with emails and phone calls, i must say that this was the best service i have received from a call centre... ever! unbelievable.
It's this kind of service that will keep me as a client of miway no matter what!
