APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE

Our bond was settled on 18 October 2010. On 3 February 2011 and amount of R24, 182.19 was transferred to Homeloans from our personal cheque account, which is four months after settling the bond.

Its almost 2 years of writing letters, phone calls being sent from pillar to post with no success. Standard Bank must refund the amount taken from our account. I am desperately appealing to you for assistance in resolving this matter.
