I took out a business insurance policy 3 weeks ago and to date have sent 3 emails requesting information and to date I have not even had a single acknowledgement or receipt of my email. I have tried faxing through reports they require for my cover but the fax line stays engaged. After a week of trying daily I have given up. If this is the way Auto & General do business I have made a serious mistake in using them and should perhaps take my business elsewhere. I am totally unimpressed and at this point in time would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
