I would just like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude for polite and efficient service, which I received on Friday, 2 Aug 2013, when calling in to make changes to my policy. I found Bonolo's approach to be very refreshing, compared to previous interactions with other call centres!

Bonolo is an absolute asset to MiWay's business and I wish her well for the future.
