I D.DODGEN, reported to the bank after being put on hold and send from one person to the next that my roof is leaking and could they send someone out to come and check it out. It took that person less than 10minutes to take photos and see what where the damages to my house and he was gone. A couple of days later we were informed that due to the lack of maintenance over the years our claim have been rejected. Firstly that is a assumption and a huge mistake from their side as I had replaced all the damage tiles and gutters, re sheeted the roof to the one section, waterproofed every year the roof and outside walls as well and painted my house since I have been staying there for the last 8 years without using my insurance. Now that I do ask for their assistance they refuse. I have send e mails, faxes and been on the phone once again with these people and it seems their minds are made up. Hope to see something positive coming out of this report. cheers.
