I have been going to FNB to get information on my personal loan and I don't get any answers. I have been paying the loan and now am getting funny calls from a collection company that wants my banking details. I understand there was a point were I was not paying my loan. But money came in my account and almost everything was debited. I need to know did you hand me over. I don't get letters. Am really lost PLEASE HELP!!! because I have been going to your branches and am not getting answers.
