I had to sit waiting for a person to assist me for longer than an hour and a half. Prisident Hyper Krugersdorp branch only had 3 stations open to help clients. All i had to do is to change my cell phone nr. I dont have the time to sit for hours on end just to do something silly like change a cell nr. There is more closed stations than open station - this was during the busy time of the day. Capitec please dont go south now like all the other banks. Employ more staff and keep your clients happy
