Standard Bank has listed me with tracing agents who are hounding me continuously for old prescribed debt.
A consultant from a tracing agent called me today to ask when I intend on paying my debt. When I told her that this debt is indeed prescribed and that I made no arrangement to pay anything, I was not contacted, I was never issued a summons, last payment was made well over 4 years ago or so probably longer.
The response i got from her was " Good Bye "
This is unacceptable and I expect my name to be cleared asap. I have had to endure endless amount of headache and dead ends at trying to sort this out, I recently sort advice from Attorneys and I am well aware of my rights and believe me I have no problem exercising them should this matter not be resolved immediately.
