Complained about overcharging on the new billing system - phoned company and held on for 10 minutes and put down the phone. Emailed them the same day as I phoned - on 29 July - they state on the statement that they will contact one within 48hrs from receiving an e mail, but no response so far.
Complaint was that they overcharged on the new billing system - May statement balance R25438.20 with the June statement balance of R3001.38 more =R28439.58 with the difference stated as initial finance charges - which was included in the initial HP.
Nedbank have taken over the book and want to now charge customers another finance cost- unacceptable.
I see that there are other customers complaining on Hello Peter about the same over charging on their latest statements as well.
