In aftrnun btwn 18h30 & 19h00 in the evnng on the N1 on 23/06/13 on the speed of 110, I hit the dog with the bumper of the car, also went on to cause some damage on the other things because just as I was to speed down and pull of. I had a frnd of mine to come tow my car wth his X5. We towed it more or less 5km frm the incident at my GF's place as it was the closest and let it sleep there. The morning I called my brokers explaining what happened, & also told them the car was not drivable, that is when they chose a panel beater for me called Alfa Trio to come tow it. The car was towed and was told would take about a week. I was given a courtesy up until the 31st day, which had to be retrnd.By then the PB was stil nt done, and when I called them they told me they would be done the following day around 16h30 in the aftrnun. To my surprise, I was tld tht they have picked up another fault on the engine of the car, after 31 days of my cars possession. One would ask, when they did the diagnosis on the car initial, why was this not picked up? The next thing a claim was declined, now they want an investigator to ask me questions, why after they declined. I was never part of the whole process.
