So after having my last complaint resolved after 3 months, Liberty comes up with another mistake on my policy.
I was quoted R371.14 to change my policy but now get billed R451.17 (R225.85 in two payments).
I will not bother submitting an internal complaint because I am not waiting another 3 months for Liberty to do nothing.
Fix my billing problem and then start working on your company's problems!
